At a neet score of 452  you have less chances at state quota or all india quota as the cutoff is around 530+ and also this year cutoff has increase significantly.

Yes the seats have increased as jipmer, aiims admissions will be by neet ranks but also the cutoff

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but though you have qualified Neet examination with 125 marks being from SC category but you cannot get a seat in any of the AIIMS with your marks

Leave Aiims, with 125

KGMU Lucknow has excellent Infrastructure, Faculty and Research Facilties, besides a great outlook and campus life. In case you dont get AIIMS Patna, Rishikesh or Bhubaneshwar, I believe you should prefer KGMU. However, if KGMU is in vicinity to your home, prefer that over any other Institute.

As the cutoff for this year is much increased you have still chances at aiims raipur under sc category , but as this is the first time that aiims admissions willl be on basis of neet rank basis its difficult to comment, however you can try at state government

If you belong to general category then you have almost no chances to get into AIIMS, as per last years records, aiims last rank was around 3000. But if you belong to any reserved category then surely you might get GMCs, by your state quota.
