If you have registered for neet then you don't need to register for aiims separately dear.This is because there will be no Aiims mbbs entrance exam as from this year both aiims and jipmer entrance exams have been merged with neet entrance exam and so admission in both

From 2020 NEET is the only entrance exam for MBBS admission all over the India . All the other medical entrances have been scrapped including AIIMS and JIPMER . All India quota counseling will be directly done by MCI and other state quota admission will be done
