Hi Saurav,
The following percentage of marks are required for admission in AIIMS colleges:-
- For General and OBC aspirants – 60% aggregate;
- For SC and ST candidates – 50% aggregate
- For PwD candidates - 45% aggregate
This data is according to latest eligibility criteria for AIIMS 2020.
