Hope you are doing good.
As per your query, yes you can also give the NEET exam.
All you need to do is to do an additional course in Biology Subject through NIOS board, this will definitely help you to get certificate in Biology as well. Then you will be able to get certificate of MBiPC, so that you will be eligible to give the NEET exam and also get seat AIIMS basing upon the merit you scored.
