Bhabha University Bhopal has a Training and Placement Cell. Bhabha University placement cell helps in locating job opportunities for undergraduates and post graduates. According to the NIRF report 2025, 1140 students got placed out of 1388 graduated students from UG 4-year programme. Whereas 180 students got placed out of 318 graduated students from PG 2-year programme.

Bhabha University median package of UG placed graduates is Rs 3,50,000 and PG placed graduates is Rs 3,90,000. Bhabha University placement cell organises career guidance and training programmes such as mock interviews, communication skills workshop, group discussions and other programmes to develop students’ technical and soft skills. The placement cell of Bhabha University also provides in-plant training to students.
