    Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering is a four-year (8 semesters) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered at the B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.

    Admission Details

    B Tech level, students are admitted through JEE (main) Examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. As per the direction of the MHRD 50% of the seats in NITs will be filled from eligible candidates of States where NITs are located and rest 50% will be filled on All India Merit basis. The admissions are made centrally by CSAB (Central seat allocation board) as per the directions of MHRD.

    So good,Safe,Better placement

    So good infra, the classrooms,labs ,libraries are well maintained and also the hostel are in good condition and also we have access all over the campus,the living spaces are neat and clean and also they have free gym for students.

    1st year went nice academically as well as others

    Overall not very good neither it is very very bad. Reason according to me is this is a mid toer national institution of technology and in upcoming years we can expect more and more innovation so i would rate 4/5

    College life needs to be improved as soon as possible.

    College infrastructure is overall nice and still improving. Older department buildings are getting renovated and the newer department are well maintained and the labs and lecture halls are also in decent condition.
