Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology is a full-time four years duration course and it is offered by Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonipat.


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12thclass examination or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class / Qualifying examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class / qualifying examination.

Admission Details

The admission to Undergraduate Programs is done through JEE Mains. The JEE-Mains qualified candidates are admitted to the UG program through Centralized Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) and Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) following the reservation policy of Government of India.
