I agree that ubs mumbai is also good in terms of placements . But iim is iim. It has a brand name plus it is considered to be one of the top iims so as per my knowledge you should definitely choose iim indore for the integrated programme

Fees for the first three years-

As per the IPMAT eligibility criteria, candidates are required to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in their 10th and 12th classes respectively. It is not 60% together in 10th and 12th but 60% separately for 10th and 60% separately for 12th. This is for General Category. For SC/ST/PWD

Getting admission into IIM Indore through IPMAT exam after 12 standard is better than getting admission into other IIMs through CAT exam because the competition for CAT exam is very high. So, better you join in IIM Indore through IPMAT exam.

Besides the basic eligibility criteria for differs courses, IIM Indore also demands a minimum of 60% marks in class 10th and 12th from the applying candidates. So, you can't apply with just 54% marks. The link given below will help you with detailed information -
