The Institute offers new and exciting opportunities to Bachelor’s degree holders with a keen sense of scientific enquiry for pursuing advanced research in frontier areas Chemical Sciences leading to an M Sc degree. This 2 years Master’s degree programs consist of foundational and flexible coursework and hands-on laboratory training. The design is aimed to develop experimental skills in advanced techniques for research, leading to an independent thesis research project. Students enrolled in the M Sc programs can personalize their coursework and research projects. Details of the eligibility criteria and admission processes are described below.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: A minimum of first class in B.Sc. or an equivalent degree with Chemistry as one of the main subjects with Mathematics at the PUC or Plus 2 level.

Admission Details

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the campus is well-built labs equipped with the latest technology, libraries with massive up-to-date collections, big classrooms equipped with projectors, a well-built auditorium and a sports complex. The hostel facilities provided by the campus are top-notch. The hostels have been divided into blocks, with UG students being assigned E block, U block and S block. The rooms are well-equipped with beds, fans, cupboards, and light. The rooms in E block are twin-sharing, while single occupancy rooms are available in U & S block. Room allotment is random. The hostels are assigned on the first day of coming to campus and are very cheap at 5000 per month.
