Obviously you may do it in Indira Gandhi national open university, if you have enough time and energy also. But one problem is that you cannot show your two bachelor  degree certificate at a time. Because it is not legal also. Hope this will help you.

Your graduation can be from any stream. SSC CGL will just require your graduation degree. It can be any stream. Though doing some technical course would be better, any engineering course, which will be  in sync with your future career choice.

Yes, UGC has allowed students to purse two degrees at the same time but one degree must be done in regular mode and another degree must be done through distance mode. You must do your B.Ed in regular mode and next year you can apply for M.Com (//M.Com) in IGNOU. You must have passed graduation in any discipline to be eligible for M.Com (//M.Com) in IGNOU.

Due to Corona Pandemic, the Term End Examinations scheduled for June 2020 of IGNOU have been postponed. And there is no fresh schedule information yet. The revised dates will be notified on the IGNOU website. The term end examination assignment dates have been extended until May 31st. But since the dates of the assignment last dates have been extended, there also may be a day in the release of the Hall Ticket which in turn might push back the exam dates for IGNOU. Once IGNOU releases the fresh schedule, you can check the revised Date Sheet 2020 at http://www.ignou.ac.in/ .
