ignou has entrance test for admission in phd program. the basic eligibility criteria is you need to complete your master courses in relevant discipline from recognized university, the candidates must have secured 55% marks in post graduate courses, there is 5% marks relaxation for reserve category candidates. if any candidates has completed m.phil with course work or cleared NET or anu other equivalent exam will be exempted from ignou entrance test.

Yes, you may submit prepared assignments from outside to submit for IGNOU .You would get the solved assignments in Google so you can browse them.But only if you are enrolled in January session then you can find the assignments online.

IGNOU's MCA program is divided into two cycles: January-June and July-December. For the june admission the dates are extended till 28th February. The process to register for the same is as follows:

1. Visit the admission portal of IGNOU.

2. Click on the new registration button to open the form.

3. Type the details asked in the form like names and other information.

Admissions to IGNOU takes place twice every year usually in the months of November  and May. You will be assured admission if you:

1-Attain the minimum cut off marks or more in OPENMAT Entrance Exam Conducted by IGNOU.

2-Meet the eligibility requirements for admission to the management programs offered by IGNOU like you Should be a graduate in any discipline and must have 50% marks for graduation if you are from general category. However, if you belong to the reserved category, then you need to have only 45% marks for graduation.

Yes , you are eligible.only if you had two science subjects for two consecutive semesters as your subsidiary subject. (2*2 =4 sem ).

diploma passed candidates are eligible to apply for btech or b.e course throgh lateral entry admission test by clearing lateral entry exam on direct second year of btech course. So you are eligible to do btech after completing your diploma. I have mentioned some institute name which provides btech in water resources engineering,

there is no age bar to admission in ignou, you need to submit the application with all your documents , admission is done on 2 times a year, january and july session.
