Yes, you are eligible for the CAT as to appear for the exam you just to clear a graduation degree and apart from that there is certain percentage of marks you have to fulfill like 45% in your graduation. So if you have scored this much you are eligible.

There is no need to upload any documents in the columns given OTHERS in IGNOU online application form.

But if you have 3-4 marksheet papers  that are to be upload and there is only 1column is  given at that  specified field  then to the upload the  remaining marksheets , you can utilise the OTHERS column and label it likewise when prompted.

And if you feel that some of your certificates that weren't mentioned are also important then you can upload them over there.

ignou takes admission two times in a year, january and june, maste of arts in sociology is a distance learning program by ignou, which minimum duration is 2 years , maximum duration is 5 years. there is no minimum or maximum age limit prescribed. you may follow the below link to know about more details,

ignou enrolls candidates two times in a year, that is january and june. the annual exam conducts once in a year, also before the exam submission of assignment and other necessary things like form filling has done.

To apply for M.B.A 2020 at ignou a candidate is required to have following eligibility-

* Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category as per government of India rules.

* Clearance of OPENMAT entrance test of IGNOU conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)

After meeting the above eligibility For admission to mba program you will have to apply for admission on the specified APPLICATION FORM (Form 2) which is given in the Prospectus of ignou MBA alongwith required documents to the Regional Director concerned.

iGNOU OPENMAT application form will be released by NTA at nta.ac.in. It was meant to release on 31st January but it was postponed. The tentative date is 23rd February, 2020 for online registration to commence.

You haven't mention in which course you've taken admission,  IGNOU has uploaded assignments for July 2019 session to be submitted in March 2020 and January 2020 session for which assignments is to be submitted in Septembet, 2020.
