It's eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate in graduation for General Category and there's relaxation of 5% in case of reserved category. There's no upper age limit here. You can either apply online for the course from their official site with filling form online and uploading the documents online. And if you want to take admission offline then you will have to go to the concerned regional centre of IGNOU which is available in almost all cities. Will have to go there and apply to the course by filling the form and paying the fee offline. After that you will be notified about admission to the course.
