I discontinued my studies after 10th. Now I am 38 years old. I am doing 12th from IGNOU now. Can I appear for CLAT after 12th from IGNOU ?

Sorry to say the year gap is vast according to BCI. You are having a vast year gap between your 10th and 12th which is not allowed by the BCI. You can not Apply for CLAT after 12th.

Yes you can definitely apply for B.COM in IGNOU as the eligibility criteria says that students who wants to take admission in B.Com Programme, must have 10+2 or its equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
