I would like to inform you ignou guidelines about subject change is mentioned in the prospectus of the university.

You can change subject within 30 days of receiving first set study material from the institute by sending DD in the name of 'ignou' to your regional center.you pay Rs.300/- for a 2/4 credit course or part thereof, Rs.600/- for a 6/8 credit course for undergraduate courses.

• Candidates should have a master’s degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from recognised universities.

• Candidates should appear for the entrance examination and personal interview.

• NET/ SET / SLET / GATE /JRF/M.Phil qualified students don’t have to appear for the entrance examination.

• Final admission is given on the basis of merit in entrance examination, seat allotment, documentation and fee payment.

Bits Pilani Ph.d. Entrance Examination: This entrance examination for Ph.D. programme is conducted by Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani.

• Candidates should have a master’s degree with at least 60 per cent aggregate marks.

• Candidates can apply for admission on BITS Pilani website.

• Candidates should appear for the written test and interview conducted by BITS Pilani.

• Admission will be based on performance in entrance examination, seat allocation, document verification and fee payment.

hello,

ignou does not provide msc in this field but you can do MPA from ignou , that is M.A (masters of arts) in public administration.

the university has general policy of "openness" and "flexibility" , so the eligibilty criteria is flexible and open. all graduates are eligible, even if you did not have public administration background at undergraduate level. also, there is no admission test too.

so you can for sure study MA in public administration from ignou.

the course is available in both hindi and english medium.

BCom is yearly basis course structure in IGNOU hence term end exam is conducted yearly, if you have enrolled in July 2021, then you need to appear for June TEE 2022, and will be required to submit your assignments in your own handwriting before 31st March, 2022. this is the usual schedule of IGNOU, however due to pandemic only there has been disruption in this schedule for the last two years, like this year JUNE TEE was conducted in August, and December TEE is to be conducted in January, you can go through your BCom assignment at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/assignments/
