BCom is yearly basis course structure in IGNOU hence term end exam is conducted yearly, if you have enrolled in July 2021, then you need to appear for June TEE 2022, and will be required to submit your assignments in your own handwriting before 31st March, 2022. this is the usual schedule of IGNOU, however due to pandemic only there has been disruption in this schedule for the last two years, like this year JUNE TEE was conducted in August, and December TEE is to be conducted in January, you can go through your BCom assignment at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/assignments/

You must be facing some sort of a technical glitch. You must keep trying and I am sure you can easily complete your procedure. But if you fail to do and the problem start showing up again ang again then you must get in touch with the admission department at IGNOU or you can even visit their campus.

Due to pandemic july session form is delayed and application invited for july session in november 2022.last date of application form is 12 december.

You can take admission in january session.
