The eligibility of appearing this CAT examination One has to complete graduation of 3years with 50% marks at least in the aggregate

So your degree of one year certificate course of BCom for finance and accounts will not be eligible for appearing in CAT examination in India.

It will be released on 14th September 2020 (delayed). IGNOU hall ticket download process is available for candidates to log into their IGNOU registration log in the window by using their 9-digit enrollment number and selecting the respective programme they have registered for. On the examination day, candidates must carry the hard copy of their ignou.ac.in hall ticket to prove their authenticity.

according to your question,for taking admission into PGDFM in Indira Gandhi national open university you must be graduate with at least 50 percentage in general category or 45 percentage in reserved category as per the government rules and the course fees in IGNOU is about 10800,further i recommend you to please visit the official website and get detailed knowledge-

First of all IGNOU enrollment number is now changed from 9 digits to 10 digits and the system also changed for july 2020 session ,this new change will affect to only the new students who admited in or after jan 2020 session while old session prior to jan 2020 session will able to check everything through there 9 digits enrollment number

The hall ticket of IGNOU is expected to be released today, i.e. on 8th September, 2020. You can download it from the official website as soon as it gets released. The exam will be held on the third week of November, 2020.
