48 MonthsBachelor of Design (B.Des) in Gaming is a three-year full-time undergraduate course and it is offered by Lovely Professional University, Phagwara.
Duration : 4 yrs. (8 Semesters)
The programme provides an advanced skill development in game design, game art and game engine integration. Focus on sharpening visualization and look development competencies, which enables proficiency in students to handle and deliver industry standard projects/output.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST* or UCEED or Under Graduate NID or Under Graduate NIFT.
*LPUNEST will be exempted if candidate scores 90% or more marks in the qualifying exam.
For a candidate who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off, provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in the English medium or an equivalent subject.
(5% relaxation for North-East states and Sikkim candidates, or Defence Personnel and their Dependents, or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

College Infrastructure
LPU does have a good infrastructure, facilities and equipment but the condition of classes are not that great. They are good enough to study in but not good enough considering the amount of fee they charge. LPU have all kinds of classes and labs and they are well maintained and cleaned regularly. Almost every building in LPU has a library in it but there is also a central library, both the central library and the libraries in each building are good. All the other facilities are good.
