Academics
I am studying B.Sc. Botany because I am interested in biological sciences and chemical concepts. The teaching quality is decent and faculty supports both theory and practical learning through labs. The curriculum is mostly updated with core subjects and practical work, which helps in understanding concepts better. Overall, it provides a good foundation, but higher studies are needed for better career opportunities.
College Infra
The university has the necessary infrastructure and basic facilities. Classrooms and labs are well equipped for academic and practical learning. Library and other study resources are available and hostel facilities are decent with required amenities. Overall the infrastructure supports studies well, through there is always some scope for improvement
Campus Life
No doubt, the campus of LPU is extremely beautiful, large and well maintained with good infrastructure, labs,hostels and sports facilities. The best part is the modern environment and diverse student life, while the size of the campus and occasional issues like food or wi-fi can be drawbacks. Students can take part in sports, cultural events,clubs and competitions making campus life active and engaging.
Placements
The placement scenario at LPU is decent overall. A good no. of students get placed every year, especially those who are skilled and meet eligibility criteria. Many companies visit the campusfrom different sectors and placement opportunities are available across streams. However, the package and role depends a lot on the student's performance, skills and preparation. Overall, placements are satisfactory but students need to work on their skills and internships to grab better opportunities.
Value For Money
The annual fees for B.Sc. Botany is around Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1 Lakh. I feel it is fairly worth the money because the university provide the good facilities oflab, infrastructure and exposure. However, the value depends on how actively a student uses the available resources and opportunities.

Academics
College has got a good academics record. Quality of teaching is top notch. Teachers and staff here are very supportive. College curriculum is totally inclined to the need of the course. The college got a decent training and placement department and therefore helping students to learn and prepare for job.
College Infra
College has got all the decent necessary facilities and spacious classrooms with availability of all the equipment required for the good education of students but there is still some space to improve in the college. College got libraries, laboratories and hostels. But need to be more modern, hygienic and required more maintainance.
Hostels are good to stay but food need to be more good and hygienic.
Campus Life
Campus life is good, but need to be more strict. As college with strict rules and regulations tends to be more successful in terms of academics and placements scenerio. But despite this college got a good campus life. A lot of activities, cultural program, fest, events and sport activities are actively been organised in this college throughout the year so providing a good environment for the students.
Placements
Placement in this college is average. Yes college has good training and placement department but as college is private a lot of students competition is there and it's very difficult to take on campus placement everyone need to grow their skills more and more for placement. But the one with good communication, good academic profile, and good skills often make to the most of the companies.
Value For Money
Academics are good, but because of placement and infrastructure this college lacks the value of money a little. Fees is bit high as compared to the facilities provided by the college. There are many spaces in the college that needed a lot of improvement, so yes college fees is higher in that aspect.

B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026-01-01
Academics
CSE curriculum covers all core subjects like DSA, DBMS and OS from early semesters itself. Most professors are approachable and syllabus gets completed on time without much delay. Workshops and guest lectures happen regularly which actually help beyond just textbook learning
College Infra
LPU campus is honestly huge and well maintained. Classrooms have smart boards, labs have decent systems, and the library stays open 24x7 which is super useful during exams. WiFi works fine mostly, sports facilities like gym and pool are right inside campus which saves a lot of time.
Campus Life
Campus has students from almost every state and even 50+ countries so the vibe is genuinely diverse and never boring. Fests like One India and Spectra are huge events with big performers and lots of student participation. Clubs for every interest exist here whether its tech, music, sports or social work so you never run out of things to do.
Placements
LPU does bring decent companies on campus but honestly the placement quality varies a lot depending on your own skills and preparation. Core CSE companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant come regularly and some product based companies also visit for strong coders. Highest package looks good on paper but average salary is around 4 to 6 LPA for most students so keep realistic expectations and focus on building your skills from day one.
Value For Money
Fees is quite reasonable compared to other private universities offering similar infrastructure and facilities. LPUNEST scholarship can bring it down further which makes it more affordable for middle class families. Everything from hospital to food courts is inside campus so extra daily expenses are also very low.

LPU has fantastic course dor MbA in tourism and hospitality management with total fees of 3.38 lakhs.
