Eligibility Criteria
Pass with 55% aggregate marks in M.Tech. or M.E. or MS (with Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Wireless Communication or Communication Systems or VLSI Design or Embedded Systems or Robotics & Automation) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview;
(5% relaxation to SC or ST or OBC (non-creamy layer) or differently-abled candidates)
Admission Details
An applicant will be short listed for interview on the basis of his/ her score in the entrance examination LPUNEST (Ph.D.).
The final selection for admission in Ph.D. will be based on the performance in Entrance Test (70% weightage) and Interview (30% weightage) subject to scoring minimum marks in the Interview.
