Our college is under construction but hostels are done.We are currently in a transit campus.Basic facilities like labs ,library, sports and hostels are there but there is room for improvement .Food is decent.
The official main campus is still under construction. IT labs are well equipped and maintained, but access is limited to standard working hours. The workshop is usually well supplied with standard raw materials required for models, but lacks machines and some of the protective gear.
The B.Des degree courses are provided in the branches of Communication Design, Industrial Design and Textile and Apparel Design. The applicant can choose for the same as per their preference in the branch.
The sanctioned seat intake at NID Haryana (also known as NID Kurukshetra) remains the same for all the specialisations offered and is fixed at 25 seats. These seats include open category and reserved category seats as well.
No, NID Haryana does not offer distance learning courses. It only offers the B.Des degree programmes, available in the specialisations of Communication Design, Industrial Design and Textile and Apparel Design, at UG level.
The fee of B.Des courses at NID Haryana remains same for all specialisations. The NID Haryana B.Des course fee is Rs 10 lakhs approximately. This fee structure does not contain application fee, hostel fee, mess charges and other such charges.
