NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT) is located in Bengaluru and was established in 2001. The educational institution has received autonomous status by UGC. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, accredited by NAAC with A Grade, its programmes are accredited by NBA and approved by AICTE. Both the colleges have good facilities and top colleges. But if you wanna choose between the two colleges for ECE branch in B.Tech it would be GL Balaji Institute of Technology and Management, Uttar Pradesh as the college has NBA accreditation for all the branches including ECE.

Hope you are doing well. As per your query it is possible but it can be a bit difficult as the cutoff rank varies every year. Last year the closing rank for AIR was 12687 for CSE and 30916 for ECE. Tuition fee for B. E. admitted through COMED-K: Rs.1,83,600/- per year

Other fee/ University fee payable at the time of admission for first year is Admitted through COMED-K - Rs.35,000/-
And hostel fees plus mess fees would be 90000 to 100000 plus 15000 caution money which will be returned to you after the completion of studies.

According to the colleges you have mentioned in your question, CBIT hyderabad has a better ranking than the other two.CBIT is one of the top colleges in telangana state.CBIT is a very good college for cse and has great placements.Many good companies like amazon,infosys,JPMC etc visit the college for placements.

But the median package for btech in nmam is greater than cbit

For cbit - 3.6 lakhs per annum whereas

for nmam - 4 lakhs per annum

The cut off for KMAT exam for the academic year of 2019 is 108 and for KCET it is 6535 for CS and will come down a little bit if you go for other stream.You can get into these college by giving KMAT,KCET and COMEDK.The two colleges under this university are NITTE and VTU.Both are good.

zakirilc , From some research I found that hostel fees is approx 60000 per annum and the mess system is like they hava non profitable mess so in the end of every month they divide the expenses of mess in all students and there is one another rule is students need to wash there own dish.

NMIT provides In-campus Hostels for both boys and girls with 1689 capacity. Twin sharing rooms are available for 1st year students. Second year onwards boys may opt for twin sharing or four sharing rooms. The hostel mess operates on 'no-profit-no-loss' basis. Students are served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Hostel fees is INR 70000/- per annum

Mess charges is INR 30000/- per annum
