It really depends on your choices and what college do you think is a better fit. I'd recommend going with Sidganga Institute of Technology since the branches anyway have a lot in common. But if you are interested in the hardware portion of things please know that you won't be taught hardware is Information Science branch.

1) RNSIT Bangalore - This is one of the good institution with the campus of 170 acres with very good infrastructure and academics. This is private institution with NAAC A accreditation. There are total 120 seats for CSE branch with total fees 2.35 lacks. The placements for CSE branch are very god with the median package of 4 LPA. Both are good universities but According to 2019-20 placements data and web results VIT Bhopal is quite better compared to Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology Because , Highest Package offered is 41.6 LPA and Average package offered is 7.25 LPA whereas Nitee Meenakshi college average package offered is 5 LPA . More number of recruiters visit campus drive in VIT Bhopal .

Based on all the colleges you've mentioned I'd recommend you make a choice between JSS Noida and BIT Bangalore as they have the best reviews out of the mentioned options. It also depends on the branch and locality you'd like to choose that would determine your final choice. So, choose accordingly.

As per the recent guidelines issued by UGC, academic year for 1st year students may commence from November 1. However it will depend on the institute as to when they will start classes and whether it will be online or offline. Based on an earlier announcement by the Deputy CM of Karnataka, Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, offline classes for higher semesters was to begin from October 1, but that is now ruled out because of the ever-increasing COVID-19 cases and the situation is especially worsening in Karnataka.

So, you may expect online classes to begin sometime in November, but this may get delayed further.
