It is a decent college recognised by NAAC given grade 'A'.The infrastructure,acdemics and faculities are good enough to help you. Placement is good ,if you work hard. Both the colleges are good in placement wise but if we compare both the colleges then the placement record is higher of NMAMIT than that of NITTE MEENAKSHI and also NMAMIT is good in faculty wise as it is an old college. But if you want to know about the popularity of NITTE MEENAKSHI over NMAMIT then it is because of the exposure to external world, as it is located in Bangalore not Nitte. The college is contributing a lot in space research along with ISRO.

But I think, the placement record of NMAMIT is better when compared to NMIT.

For SIT Tumkur, considering the previous years cutoff the cutoff for CSE branch was 9000 rank. Now for Nitte Meenakshi, the cutoff for CSE branch was 11286 rank. However, cutoffs change every year depending on various factors such as no of students, vacancy of seat and difficulty level of the exam. So, you may have chances to get admission in Nitte Meenakshi. Also, you can search and apply for other colleges as well for a backup.

Hello aspirant, KLE Technology University is among the best college of VTU. On the other hand if we compare then NMAM is also a good college but not as good as KLE. And placement is also good in KLE. On the basis of ranking among these colleges then- KLE will be on top then NMAM on 2nd and CMR on 3rd . I hope you got your answer.

Facilities are very good in this campus

Placements : Companies like infosys,Wipro,Nutanix,One Direct,Nuclei,Refinitir visited the institutes for the recruitment process

The highest salary package at Nitte Meenakshi institute of technology was around 18 LPA in 2016 and is usually around 10-15 LP every year.The placement percentage is also very high in CSE ,approaching 100% placements are pretty good in CSE and ISE branches.

The National Institutes of Engineering : it is a engineering college located in mysore ,karnataka india.It was established in 1946 and granted autonomy in 2007 from Visvesvaraya Technological university,Courses offered by the college B.E/B.Tech,M.E/M.Tech,M.C.A.

Placements : From CSE and the information science course ,almost 90% of students got placed .So,overall placements are very good for these two branches,Cisco hired 14 students with a salary package of 29.18 LPA companies like Microsoft,Siemens,Bosch,Intuit,Infosys,TCS and some major recruiters of our college.

Faculty members were helpful ,and they will be available any time in the college during college hours.They were experienced,and their teaching quality was excellent.

Highest salary 25.18 LPA,Average Salary 6.5 LPA.

CSE highest package 80-90 percent of students placed with the highest package of 25.18 Lakhs.

Both colleges are best in placements and also faculty.

It depends on your reservation category. If you have a reservation category of 1K, 2A(Rural), 2B(Karnataka), General Merit Karnataka, SC General and SC Karnataka then you can get CSE in NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology.
