24 MonthsThe M. Sc in Physics program is designed to equip the students with a solid foundation in the fundamental and advanced concepts of Physics. The curriculum is based on the most common syllabus of the national and an international level competitive exams like GATE, NET, SLET, JEST, etc. This will help the students in qualifying national level competitive exams and hence giving an opportunity to take up higher studies in reputed national/international institutions or to get teaching/industry related jobs. The students are also trained to hone their soft skills through participation in seminars and technical writing.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the Three years Bachelors Degree in Science with Physics as one of the major/optional Subjects with 45% (40% in case of SC / ST) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University / Institution or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
