Campus life at SNU Chennai has been a good experience so far. Snuc's curriculum is upto date and is very relevant to what the industry is demanding currently, Since the college gives high-priority to lab works, students get to learn and have hands on experience making them job-ready right after graduation Currently the quality of teaching is decent and can be improved

The college infrastructure is really nice, I really enjoy the college atmosphere, the labs were really cool to work with. Classrooms are fully equipped with AC, we got nice classrooms and nice seminar halls, library

The academic syllabus is directly aligned with modern industry therefore it is well appreciable for the curriculum and the subjects are really good, the teaching by faculties are good although I have concern with few faculties in their teaching method but I don’t have any complaints with syllabus

I am not sure of the placements , how it is going in the college. The median is around 10 lacs which I heard somewhere, Since this is new college which started after 2020 I don’t think placement is very good but after the merger with SSN I expect there to be a hike in good placement records

It cost around 3.5 lacs per year as academic fee , Since the infrastructure is good and we get good labs and sources I feel it is worth to the price. But depending upon my placement and return of investment only I can say it is best or not

I really love the campus life, there isn’t much strict rules or strict dress code, we have a good freedom in the campus, the campus environment too is really good, it is surrounded with trees and the campus is really big enough to explore, new canteens being added to campus, so I am happy with campus life as of now. It’s really safe too and our campus is located at Kalavakkam near chengalpattu

Infrastructure is really good in terms of academic ones like classrooms and labs. The downside is hostel and mess facilities. Not worth the price which I'm paying. Food is really bad. WiFi is slow even with ethernet. Most games and websites are banned.

The syllabus is really good but very hectic also. The subjects I've seen taken in my friend's university are taken in shiv nadar university chennai in 1st and 2nd semester. Some professors are really good, but some are really really bad. There's no inbetween as far as I've seen.

The top 10 people will get placed in really really good companies with a good salary. Like Motorq hites 1 person from here every year. Other people are own their own. From the seniors I've talked with, outside placements are better than in campus.

If you have 20-25 lakhs to spare without making your family take a huge debt, the college is good. Otherwise I won't recommend it.

The campus is really fun, but you have to find your people. The location is really good and bad. It's in the outskirts so there ain't much pollution but at the same time it is very far away from malls and railway station.

College has very good infrastructure, all labs and rooms feel extremely spacious and niche. All buildings are updated with modern equipment like smart boards and good computers\lab equipments. Overall very good

Quality of teaching is overall expected of a college. Yes curriculum is conpletely up to date on recent developments as far as cse is concerned. Not sure about bcom or law as im not from them but havent heard abu complaints from students.

Not completely sure about placements as i myself havent gotten a chance to look at the data. Average placement for cse is around 8-10 LPA which is an alright place for an entry level fresher. Might change as the university grows.

My course btech AI DS costs around 5 LPA a year totally, (course + transport/hostel + exam fees) I feel u get ur moneys worth if u utilise resources properly

College is extremely beautiful and clean, its like your in the middle of a forest and the location is close by to chennais omr and ecr for wasy access. There are hospitals nearby with a clinic inside the clg asw

The infra is excellent over here . It is a green and animal friendly campus where you can always find lot of trees,plants with dogs,cats,peacock,monkeys roaming around . The infra is quite large too.The labs and classrooms are also well maintained and air-conditioned.

The curriculum is very modern . It gets updated simultaneously as the need changes . The way of teaching is also good . The faculties were so chill and helpful . You will be given no pressure in studies yet you will study that the beauty of this college

The placements are quite excellent in this campus. Big companies like Google,amazon,motorq,infosys,tcs etc come for in campus placements. The campus reports that over 90 percent of the students opted for placements are reportedly places for higher salary.

The infrastructure is top notch. The campus is clean, peaceful, and really well maintained. classrooms are fully AC with proper smart boards, and the labs have all the latest equipment. The library is also peaceful. The sports complex is solid too. If you care about modern campus and good buildings, SNUC is a great pick

I am studying Artificial intelligence and Data science at SNU chennai because it has huge future scope. The teaching quality is good and faculty members help with projects. The curriculm is also highly updated.

since SNUC is a newer college, there is no massive placement data yet. however the placement cell gives good training and top tech companies are visiting campus for hiring and internships, overall decent setup.

fees are a bit on the higher side, but the top-notch infrastructure, Air conditioned classrooms, and modern labs make it worth. If you use and take full advantage of the resources well, it is good value for money.

Campus life at snuc is pretty chill and peaceful. we have regular events, student fests, sports tournaments and club events going on. The campus is also really safe making hostel and daily student life really enjoyable.

College infrastructure is very good in this uni. Air conditioned classrooms, clean and photogenic academic blocks and smart boards along with classic white boards in every classroom. The campus is also full trees which makes it very good atmosphere for students.

I am studying Artificial Intelligence and data science. The quality of teaching is good imo. Like there are good as well as bad professors. But in curriculum wise, they have recently updated it and implemented more practical aspect of learning rather than pen and paper theory.

Good placements as far as I have heard. I am not really sure abt the number of placements but very high percentage of students who opted for placements have been placed and highest salary offered was 1cr LPA CTC.

Peak campus life.

Infrastructure, Facilities and Equipment are all topclass. Some lab systems are a little glitchy, but thats destined to happen with such a large number of computers. Microprocessor labs have all required Chips, breadboards, and all computers are in working condition. All locations are maintained very clean.

This is the primary lacking in my college, most professors are not that great at teaching, almost all professors dont know proper english, and they are unable to explain concepts in a way that everyone can understand, Some professors are really good, but some just dont possess the ability to transfer the knowledge they have to us, while some dont have the knowledge of the subject in the first place. This is the most disappointing part of my college. When all infrastructure, campus life etc are perfect, the main part of college, academics should not be the bottleneck.

I dont know much about my campus's placements, i havent gone through the stats yet, all i know is that theyre good enough with a high placement rate of above 95+%, and the average ctc is around 12 LPA
