hello lord
I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you the procedure of change of college. Firstlyfor your knowledge change of college is easy within the same universities, changing of college between different universities becomes some times difficult. For changing the college you should have issued (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATES ) from both the universities which is toughest and main task of this procedure. Privare College in which you currentlly are ,in their business they dont want to suffer the loss of remaining three yearfees of a student
So to avoid this they ask student to give remaining fees for issuing the NOC which is very expensive procedure
Secondly another big problem is availabilty of seats in the college in which you to go , vacany only arises if someone migrated from that college which happens very lesss in TOP branches like CSE
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :)
we are always available to help you out and guide you
Thankyou
