SRM College Kudal is a good college with good infrastructure and faculty members.The college stress much on timely competition on course curriculum and it also has senior and experienced faculty.It is a private college with co ed education and the college is quite strict in terms of behaviour and decision.Overall it is a good college.

The fees for B.Tech program at SRM Chennai varies from branch to branch. For ex. the fees for CSE branch here is around 10 lakhs, whereas the fees for Aerospace branch is around 15 lakhs, for automobile branch, the fees is around 2 lakhs.

So overall, let me tell you that, for B.Tech courses the fees lies between 2 lakhs - 15 lakhs. And the total hostel charges for 1 year will cost you around 1 lakhs.

B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a full time 4 years undergraduate course at SRM University.

For taking admission in this course at SRM university you must have cleared your Class 12 with atleast 60 percent of marks.

Also, you must have studied the subjects like chemistry, physics and mathematics in Class 12 as these are mandatory subjects to be eligible for admission in this course.

You must have passed Class 12 from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS are also eligible to apply.

SRM is better than IPU top colleges like MAIT,BVCOE,MSIT, for CSE branch of study.

The campus life and all the facilities is available for the student  isof high quality  and it is better than IPU colleges. Placement rate is higher than

colleges like MAIT,BVCOE,MSIT etc.

For CSE branch study SRM college is better because it has a band of high qualified and dedicated

faculties for CSE branch, library facilities also available best in hand, the faculties are dedicated to the student to grow more and more and up-to-date knowledge to the student.

For all of these reasons SRM is better than IPU colleges for CSE branch of study.

Master in computer application is certainly a good course start your career and if you do it from colleges such as NITs, then you surely boosts your network and has a larger brand value as compared to other colleges.

It's not that other streams such as mechanical, civil, electrical etc. do not have high scopes for salary packages but the field of computer science is surely more demanding than the former ones in terms of average package Income.

VIT , SRM and Manipal university has their own entrance exams. They do not accept JEE Mains or JEE advance.
They have their own college enterance exam and cutoff marks.
VIT has its own entrance exam called VITEEE.
SRM has its own entrance exam called SRMJEE
Manipal university has its own enterance exam called MET.
