Yenepoya University has a separate hostel for boys that can accommodate 500 male students. The hostels offer food facilities to cater to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian students. The rooms are provided with the basic amenities, attached mess, TV room, recreation room, basketball, volleyball courts and visitors area. The boy’s hostel is managed by the Chief Warden and two assistant wardens.

The university has a separate hostel for female students. The total intake capacity of the girl’s hostel is 500. All the rooms are well furnished and spacious. Girls hostel facilities include a TV room, recreation room, basketball, volleyball courts and visitors area.

At the time of joining, students of Yenepoya University are subjected to a thorough medical check-up. Every student of the university is covered under a private health insurance plan.
