24 MonthsMaster of Science (M.Sc) in Speech-Language Pathology is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the University of Mysore, Mysore, and Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with a B.Sc. (Sp. & Hg.) / B.ASLP degree of the University of Mysore or any other University, considered as equivalent thereto with RCI recognition (except National Institutes of Importance) with an average of not less than 50% of marks are eligible for admission. [Note: ‘Average’ refers to the average of the aggregate marks of all the years/semesters of B.Sc. (Sp. & Hg.) / B.ASLP]. At the time of admission, the student should produce a Degree Certificate as per the University of Mysore guidelines
Admission Details
An entrance examination based on the B.Sc. (Sp. & Hg.) / BASLP syllabus will be conducted at various centers for the selection of candidates. Admission shall be made only based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the institute for this purpose. The number of Questions to be answered shall be 100 in 90 minutes. There shall be negative marking for wrong answers calculated @ - 0.25 marks per wrong answer. The students will be selected based on the percentile rank.
