It organises the placement drives and conducts various seminars, guest lectures and training sessions to provide hands-on-experience to the students. The placement cell provides immense opportunities for the students to get placed at leading institutes, private clinics, and hospitals globally. AIISH placement cell also organises Career Guidance Programme for the students based on trends in the job market.

AIISH Mysore Placement Process

• To be a member of the placement, students should register by submitting a Placement Cell Enrollment Form in the prescribed format.

• Students enrolled in the placement cell are provided with the details of companies available for the academic year.

• Candidates need to submit a form of willingness to attend the recruitment drive.

• Students can attend placement drives for two years if they want.

• Recruiters send a request to participate in the recruitment process.

• Companies need to share the list of selected candidates and their posting locations after completion of the recruitment process.

Students interested in participating in the recruitment drive can register themselves for the same. They can attend the placement drive for two years, however, if they wish to continue with their current job they are free to do so.
