12 MonthsPost Graduate Diploma(PGD) in Forensic Speech Sciences and Technology is a full time one Year Course Offered By the University of Mysore, Mysore.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed in any of the following examinations of any recognized University/Institute with a minimum of pass class in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply. a) B.Sc. with Physics/Mathematics/Electronics /Computer Science/Forensic Science/ Speech and Hearing as a major component at B.Sc. / B.ASLP level b) B.E /B.Tech. with Electronics/Computer Science/Communication c) M.B.B.S. Employees working in the forensic related field in forensic laboratories would be given preference. No upper age limit is applicable.
Admission Details
Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements shall be listed in order of merit which is decided based on the marks in the qualifying examination. The admissions shall be in accordance with the merit-cum-reservation policy of the Central Government. Selection is All India based. Candidates with experience in forensic laboratories will be given an additional weight of 10 marks which will be added to the marks in the qualifying examination. d. Candidates who are short-listed based on the merit-cum-reservation will undergo an interview
