For pursuing BA in Economics  Amity Kolkata would be a better choice considering the exposure you will be getting by studying in Amity University Kolkata campus would be far better than the kind of exposure you would get by studying at the Patna Campus. Kolkata would also offer you a lot of internship opportunities and a good learning environment. On the other hand there are other good colleges/universities which offer Bachelor's in economics to those candidates who did not had mathematics as a subject in class 12th. Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi- you will have to appear for the university's entrance test for getting admissions to its BA. Eco degree. Indraprastha University, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University.

Yes it is quite obvious that it is studying BA in economics honours without having mathematics is quite difficult and may be impossible for you to take admission in Amity University in Patna.
