My college do have necessary infrastructure for the labs including lab equipments, facilities and everything. The classrooms are pretty decent and laboratories are really good and well equipped with all necessary instruments for my course, library facility is available where books regarding my course is available but I wish we had a better library facility like the main campus, we usually conduct our sports events at sports complex they have basketball court, place for cricket, jumping pits, javelin, discuss, shotput etc also provide training for track if we're interested in. Hostel have wifi which can be used only for study purpose I haven't installed that wifi on my devices, hostel rooms are clean hygienic but these days we've seen rats around hostel. Mess food is not upto the mark, lack protein, completely veg food only give egg as source of protein that too only twice a week, they provide milk daily pretty sure it's not milk instead it's milk powder and water, evening snacks doesn't quench hunger and they make faces and doesn't give snacks a second time you ask for (they only give twice if it's about time for evening snacks to close).

I'm studying the course of biotechnology due to my interest towards lab work. The quality of teaching is pretty decent most of the faculties are truly determined to teach us others are very knowledgeable but sometimes we don't understand them. Yes I think they do curriculum updates since we don't have a textbook instead we are taught based on standard textbooks by scientists and the faculties always tries to give new informations to us, recently our dean told me that he's planning on introducing new subjects. Since I'm studying biotech it's hard to find a job just after ug no matter which college I study in so I intend to do masters.

Maybe placements are there but for ug biotech I don't think thats a possibility and I don't really know about about the number and rate of students placed. As I'm not very aware of it as a ug student I can't tell much but yeah I think msc snr did get placed.

75k is for one semester around 1.5lakh for a year in a way I can it can be justified all the faculty who take classes for us are Phd completed doctors and very knowledgeable, they do provide all lab facilities which some private college for biotechnology doesn't provide so I guess it's worth...I don't really know? I'm sure the mess fee is not worth the money though.

My college have events like onam, ALARM (AMR week), diwali, sports, kalolstav and for our entire amritaputi campus there happens vidyut our college fest, and many other events take place at our main campus. Despite of these activities the student life won't feel like a college life it will feel like a school with lot of restrictions. We have a student union called creatome, they r the ones who conduct and lookocer the events at my college it is run by students and with two faculties as incharge of the creatome. Location is kind of very away from city, there are supermarket and all but there's no much place for to explore.

Nothing much, if one is really just looking for studies and not an og college life just labs and studies u can definitely choose this college.

The infrastructure is much better in my college compared with other colleges. We have Asia's biggest hostel and library available. The mess food is average, but for Indians, it's good. We have proper Ethernet and Wi-Fi available. In sports and medical, all facilities are available.

All teachers are Ph.D. qualified and have good knowledge. They are well-versed in their subjects except for some faculty. The courses are well-structured, and we are learning many things, but some unnecessary things are also included. Yes, it makes us ready for the industry. Semester examinations are fair and moderate; some teachers make tough question papers, but we have a relative grading system. If you have more than half of the average class marks, then you will pass.

In biotechnology, last year, 30 out of 59 students were placed, with a maximum 30 LPA package and a median of 15 LPA. There are not many core companies for biotechnology like Biotechnika, so people get placements in non-core fields like software, data analysis, and data scientist-like fields.
