Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a full-time four-year course affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and approved by All India Council for Technical Education AICTE.
Admission will be made as per procedure decided by HSCS, at college level,Inter-se- merit of AIEEE-2015 .
Minimum Academic Qualifications: Should be a pass in 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: (a) Chemistry (b) Bio-Technology (c) Computer Science (d) Biology Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in the above subjects taken together. Admission to B.Tech 2nd Year (LEET) Minimum Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering / Technology course of a duration of 3 years or more from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% marks in the aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) of all semesters. OR The Diploma of 2 years duration after 10+2 would be considered equivalent to Diploma of 3 years duration for the purpose of admission under Lateral Entry Scheme provided candidate obtains 50% marks in the aggregate of all semesters. OR Should be a pass in BSc. The degree of minimum three-year duration from a recognized university with mathematics as a subject, with 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC) marks in aggregate.
