Utkal University has state of art infrastructure surrounded by lush green environment. Being one of the oldest University of state it emphasis on creating a condusive atmosphere for students. Institute have its own football ground, cricket ground, basketball court. Classrooms are well equipped with projectors, computer labs, wifi.
