The college has a medical facility with a person in charge. The college has all the required first-aid medicines to aid the needy. The college also has an ambulance service that can be availed in case of an emergency. Students Healthcare Centre is located on the campus within easy reach of all the students. A full-time trained nurse will be available to take care of the students. All types of generic medicines will be available for needy students as one may need them at any time. Consultation and Medicines are all free of cost.

The College library is the soul of our institution, giving students access to knowledge. Keeping in view intensive and extensive use, the library is constantly enriched by the acquisition of the latest books and journals keeping in pace with changing times, to further advancement of the college academic activities. A comfortable and spacious seating arrangement provides a complete academic atmosphere in each library where students can sit and concentrate. The catalog of books helps students to identify their needs and quick reference. It is updated regularly as new books are added. A Display board has also been provided in the library where students can view interesting articles and news clippings directly.

The College has Well well-equipped sports center, and spacious playgrounds @ BIPS, catering to the physical well-being of the students. Girl students are motivated and guided properly in order to prepare them for various sports events. A well-qualified and well-trained Physical Director looks after day-to-day as well as special athletic events that happen from time to time.

The College has 30 desktop computers loaded with Windows 10 OS to meet the present needs of the students. This lab is being used for browsing the internet and sometimes for conducting a data analytics program.

The College has undergone events like seminars, conferences, Department cultural programs, debates, skits, and pre-placement talks Balaji Institute of Technology and Science has Seminar Halls which facilitate the students to carry out their activities in the right environment, smoothly and with ease. The Hall is fully equipped with the latest Audio-Visual Electronic Devices to accommodate students for various activities. Each Dept has separate Seminar Halls for their meetings, workshops, student presentations, Project Presentations, Panel Discussions, and Interactive Sessions.

The College has vehicles that are the trademark carriage of BIPS and they ease the daily commuting issues of the students. The Expert and experienced staffs manage the transport system promptly. BIPS vehicles touch every nook and corner of the City. There are more than 40 buses doing services up and down. Almost 60% of the students Utilize the institution’s transport facilities, which help them to reach the campus on time.

The College alumni association gives support to the freshers through interaction, career guidance, placements, and financial funding and makes them protected to face current challenges. Many of them are in good positions either private or government sector in India and abroad and have brought accolades to the institute. The majority of the alumni always contributed their knowledge in the form of lectures and helped the institute in different ways. The mission of the Alumni Association is to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between the Institute and its alumni. 

The college has Augmentation plans for the environment including a cyber corridor, wireless LAN, Wi-Fi-enabled IT components, and a full-fledged e-library giving the freedom of any time any place(on campus) learning to students. BIPS entered into an e-revolution by making its entire campus Wi-Fi (10 Mbps) facility. This provides laptop users with a seamless mobile connection to the corporate network (intranet and Internet) for browsing, presentations, and documents around the campus.

The college has provided a gym facility to the students. We made sure to provide dedicated gyms to boys and girls so that they can work out efficiently. The well-equipped multi-gym provides students the opportunity to build their stamina to be better able to cope with the rigors of college life, channel their energies in a healthy way, and also hone their physique. 

The college Canteens and cafeterias are one of the important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping on different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The college canteen is fairly new and provides enough delicious food at affordable rates. BIPS has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students.

Classrooms are designed for conventional lectures and group discussions. These facilities create an ideal atmosphere well suited for the teaching-learning process. The classrooms are designed to be compact so as to stimulate and encourage close interaction between students and faculty.

The college has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
