Brown's College of Pharmacy, Ammapalem , is an affiliated institution situated in the Khammam District of Telangana. The institute imparts various pharmacy programmes and follows a systematic admission scheme in order to select deserving ones. The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and offers UG and PG pharmacy programmes. Brown's College of Pharmacy admission procedures rely mainly on entrance examinations conducted by the state. For example, entrance tests are conducted for B.Pharm. and Pharm.D. admissions through the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET). This will be held in late April, with the next exam on April 28-29, 2025.
For example, in the case of admissions for M.Pharm., the TS PGECET scores are used, which are usually conducted in mid-June, with the subsequent exam scheduled for June 15-18, 2025. The eligibility criteria for the B.Pharm. and Pharm.D. normally admit candidates who have completed their education of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as their main subjects. In the case of M.Pharm., the candidates should possess a B.Pharm. degree from a recognised university. Specific eligibility criteria may differ among programmes, and the candidates should check the official Brown's College of Pharmacy website for comprehensive information.
