CDIP Indore offers a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course for the candidates who want to pursue a career in pharmacy.

CDIP Indore Admission Procedure

• The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply through online or offline mode.

• The candidates will be shortlisted based on their merit according to 12th class percentage.

• The shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling and document verification at the campus.

• Pay the admission fee and confirm their seat after the counselling process.

CDIP Indore Required Documents

The candidates have to submit or upload the following documents along with the application form or at the time of counselling:

• 10th and 12th mark sheets

• Transfer certificate

• Migration certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Domicile certificate (if applicable)

• Passport size photographs
