Chitkara University has collaborated with Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) to offer this strategically designed 4-Year B.E. in Automobile Engineering in view of Government of India incentivising the adoption of EV and HEV and the resultant need for professionals who can handle these emerging technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must qualify one of the two sets of criteria given below to be eligible for admission.
Option 1:
Passed XII with a minimum aggregate of 60% or secures 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; appeared in JEE Main-2026 (January/April); and, passed 10+2 examination in 2025 or appearing in 2026. The admission shall be made on the All India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main-2026.
Option 2:
Passed XII with a minimum aggregate of 70% or secured 70% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; and, passed 10+2 examination in 2025 or appearing in 2026.
