The college has a training and placement cell that provides placement opportunities to final-year students. ISTC Chandigarh placement cell has close liaison with Industry for placement assistance to students. The training and placement cell conducts the ISTC Chandigarh placement drive by inviting reputed companies. Many students from Indo Swiss Training Centre, Chandigarh are successful entrepreneurs, having set up around 450 units all over India with turnovers ranging between Rs 10 Crore to Rs 600 Crore.

ISTC Chandigarh Placement Process

• The Training and Placement Cell invited the companies for the placement drives.

• The companies conduct Pre Placement Talks at the Indo Swiss Training Centre, Chandigarh.

• Student's resumes are sent to the recruiters and the preliminary stage shortlisting of candidates.

• The group discussions and personal interview rounds are conducted by the company.

• A list of selected students will be sent to the Indo Swiss Training Centre, Chandigarh training and placement cell.
