Full clean and best infrastructure facility. Some facilities like gym , sports all these can be accessed only after college time. All other services are well maintained.college canteen foods and cafe foods are hieginic.
I'm studying BBA and all those faculties are really good at teaching.the syllabus is well updated and any study related things are effectively delivered. From my perspective only theory is thaught this we cannot be ready for job.
Placement is provided after 3 year completion.Im a second year student this no placement opportunities is provided for us. From what I heard my seniors, they told that job is good enough for experience but it's night duty with lots of work burden
15000 rs per sem. For add on courses it is compulsory to pay extra fee which is not worth the add on courses
Overall CHRIST NAGAR COLLEGE, MARANALLOOR is the best college which gives priority to studies at the same time programmes are also conducted but not peak enjoyment still can enjoy college life to a limit
Yes, my college has all the necessary infrastructure and equipments such as library and laboratories, but it doesn’t allow everyone to access it. For example, the Gym. The college contains almost all the equipments but it isn't open for everyone. so it is Temporarily closed right now.
Academic wise, I like my college and my department. They Teach us well, and the teachers try their best to cover the whole portions and give us Notes and PDFs Which is really useful. but one thing I don’t like about my college Is that, It feels more like a school than a college.
I don’t know much about the placement thing because I didn’t get a chance yet as I am a first year, PG student. But I have heard of it and have seen students getting placement. I am waiting for my chance to get one :)
don’t ever come to this college, expecting a college life because this isn’t a college. IT'S A SCHOOL!!!!
Christ Nagar College in Thiruvananthapuram has good infrastructure and facilities for students. The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and internet access, which help make learning more effective. The college also has well-maintained laboratories, including computer labs and subject-specific labs, where students can gain practical knowledge. The library is well stocked with a variety of textbooks, reference books, journals, and digital resources that support students in their studies and research. In addition, the college provides sports facilities and a fitness centre that encourage students to participate in physical activities. Overall, the infrastructure at Christ Nagar College supports both academic learning and the overall development of students.
The quality of teaching in the college is good. The teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, and they use different teaching methods such as presentations, discussions, and practical examples to make the classes more interesting and easy to understand. Yes, I believe the curriculum is fairly updated. It includes modern topics related to business, management, and the current market environment, which helps students gain relevant knowledge and skills needed for the future.
The placement process is quite smooth and supportive, as the placement cell guides students throughout the recruitment process and helps them prepare for interviews. The college placement cell helps students by conducting training programs, aptitude tests, and interview preparation sessions.
I feel that I am getting good value for the money because the college provides quality teaching, good infrastructure, library resources, and opportunities for extracurricular activities. The supportive faculty and learning environment also help students develop both academic and practical skills.
One of the best features of the campus is the peaceful atmosphere and supportive academic environment. The college has good classrooms, computer labs, a library, and basic sports facilities that support both learning and personal development.drawback is that some facilities and opportunities could still be improved, especially in terms of more placement opportunities.
The College I've studied and graduated from had various facilities such as computer lab, theatre room, smart class, basketball court, cafeteria and many more. The services provided are good and the food from the cafeteria is healthy and hygienic. The Classrooms are well maintained and very clean.Overall I will say it had all the necessary facilities and infrastructure.
Ive studied B.Com with Computer Application during my time there. I'm studying that particular course because I have interest in the area of commerce and computer is also something i was keen on understanding and learning. The quality of teaching is outstanding and we can easily grasp all the necessary information. The curriculum is also readily updated to include all recent developments. And it also helps to make me job ready by providing various exercises based on real life scenarios.
The placements provided were great and it helped many students out alot. Almost 40 to 45% of students were placed and the highest salary offered was 2Lpa and it went to B.com courses. The average salary offered is 40000rs. The placements process was easy ,provided we had the right skill set and interviews were throughoutly done.It was a pleasant experience and my college was also very supportive by giving more placement opportunities and encouraging us to never give up.
The course which i studied and graduated from costed around 70000 for the entire year. I definetly felt I got my money's worth as this course helped me understand the various fields in commerce along with computer programs such as tally and PowerPoint and many more. This course opened up my way to further empower my career and gave me confidence on my abilities to soar higher.
Most of the time there is spent on studying and there is less room for other extracurricular activities.Students can engage in reading, sports, debates, singing and other such activities. Students in the campus are friendly and supportive and the teacher and staff are very supportive and helpful. The location is in a remote area, away from bustling traffic of the cities and no noise and air pollution. The campus is very safe,it has adopted many different safety protocols.Emergencies are also possible to handle as students, teachers and support staff are all cooperative and also trained to handle emergency situations.
My college life was good. I was able to make good friends and we had fun times together. The environment is also peaceful and the teachers are very supportive and teach the subjects very well. It is easy to grasp and understand. College also has good transportation facilities and good parking space. Overall i had a good time there.
The college has several classrooms, each dedicated for a particular class / course. There is a library with necessary references for each paper. There are also laboratories for practicals. White board and projector facilities are also available and we'll maintained. The campus is quite clean.
I am studying BSc Physics and Computer Applications (2019- 2022) and is satisfied with the quality of teaching. The course gives the opportunity to explore two different areas of study - Physics and Computer - and also to pursue studies/job in either fields
There have been several placements from our college to multi national companies like Wipro with a decent salary package for a fresher. The college is very supportive for the placement activities, providing all necessary support
The cost for the course is a bit high, but still affordable as compared to other private colleges. The teachers are all understanding and supportive and ready to clear the students' doubts and make them ready to face the exams
The campus is quite clean and eco friendly, with a small Miyawaki forest project started by the authorities behind the college. The staffs are all very much supportive. The college is located a bit far from the main road, at a quiet location with no disturbances
Yes our college do have necassay infrastructure and enough facilities. We have library, canteen, labs, basketball court etc. Our college is very clean . Toilets are also very clean . And we have smart classes.
I am studying BCA bcoz i love learning computer related things that's the reason. The quality of teaching is very good. Teachers are very qualified teachers. They clarify all our doubts with practical information.
We are provided with many placements from different companies. 60% and above percentaged students are placed. 10000 range salaries were offered from different companies . The interview was bit easier as well as tough.
The college maintains a decent infrastructure with all the necessary facilities. Their transportation facility is something that I must appreciate. They have boarding points along the major part of the city and also provide hostel facility. The labs and library is appreciable. The college maintains hygiene and the food from the canteen is affordable and decent. The only flaw that I found is that its like a closed compound, once you enter the campus all you can see is just the building.
I completed my graduation in Bsc. Physics and Computer Application. Its an average course yet some of the required topics from both the subjects are not included( This is a flaw from the side of University). The faculties of Physics department are doing their best, they are friendly and approachable. But the Computer Department is not up to the mark. They provide the students with seminars and talks once a year.
The placements are improving and during the previous years placements from only a few companies were offered. Since my course included Computer Application most of the placements were cornered around the field of IT. For most of the courses too the placements are offered in IT firms and most of them are reputed institutes.
The fees for each semester was 16k and for the bus facility its around 19k to 23k depending on the boarding point. From the point of the self financing college the amount is fair as many self financing colleges have higher fees. Whether its worth the money depends partially upon the performance of a student. If one utilises the resources and facilities provided to the maximum then its worth the money.
Campus life is not very enjoyable. All you get in here is academic classes. There is a college day, onam and christmas celebration which are average. There aren't much activities provided by the college apart from a few ones. The interaction between teachers and students is fine. The college is located at a remote place which in recent times is undergoing development. If one isn't using the bus facility from college then a person coming from a distant place can find it difficult at times.
Overall the college is an average college with the necessary facilities. Its a self financing college and considering that it is better compared to the other colleges that come under this category. There are certain rules imposed by the college which some students may not be able to adhere to. If one is more into studying and getting high grades and not really into enjoying then this college is for you.
