The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college There is a separate textbook section in the library. One textbook for only seven days is issued to a student. The College Library has a rich collection of over one lakh books, periodical volumes, manuscripts, and rare books. The library facilities are open to all bona fide students of the college. The students are advised to enroll for membership and obtain a library card. Housed in a magnified double-storied building covering 10,000 sq. ft., the library has a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources, including a subscription to a large number of periodicals.
- Sports
The College has a big field suitable for Football, Cricket, Hockey, and Athletics on the college campus, which is used by the students and residents of the campus for daily practice and the organization of tournaments. Sometimes, these grounds are used by other colleges, universities, local sports organizations, and NGOs.
- I.T Infrastructure
The College has a computer center established, having 40 computers with internet connection, printer, scanner, and photocopier. Students are utilizing this facility, a Language lab has been set up in the college for the benefit of students, and eight smart classrooms have been established that provide access to ICT-enabled classrooms to students. Online journals were provided to the students.
- Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
- Alumni Associations
The college has good networking for the alumni association.
- Guest Room/Waiting Room
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

College Infrastructure
The campus is good and old. Although there is a library and computer center, these are unused and in poor condition. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, and classrooms are old with limited amenities.overall the infrastructure is 2.5 out of 5.

Well-maintained classrooms, excellent library, good sports facilities, but hostel facilities is not there. Provides of hostel facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and cafeteria options would enhance the overall experience.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure at the university is functional but basic. The facilities, especially for the Mathematics department, are just okay. They meet the bare minimum requirements but don’t go beyond that. I believe that if the university invested more in upgrading the infrastructure, it would create a much better environment for learning and overall student life.

Admission in CM Science College, Darbhanga, will be on merit basis determined by the aggregate percentage marks obtained in Class 10th.
