36 MonthsBachelor of Commerce (BCom) is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by DAV College, Chandigarh and affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Eligibility Criteria
The B.Com (General) is a three years degree course under the 10+2+3 system of education. Admission to the First Year of B.Com (General) Degree course shall be open to a person who has passed one of the following examinations conducted by a recognized Board/Council/University.
1. 10+2 examinations or B.Com Part I (Old Scheme) of Panjab University with three of the following subjects securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
[Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics (or Statistics), Banking & Trade, Insurance (or General Insurance or Life Insurance) & Auditing etc.
2. 10+2 examination or B.A. I (Old Scheme) of the Panjab University with at least two of the subjects mentioned in (1) securing at least 45% marks in aggregate.
3. 10+2 examination or B.A. I/B.Sc. I/Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical examination of the Panjab University under the (Old Scheme) not covered in (2) securing at least 50% marks.

There are many facilities like wifi facility, labs and library facility is available in the college. The quality of food is good. There are hostel facility for those students who came from distant places.
Overall it’s a decent college to pursue your undergraduation
College Infrastructure
College has a well maintained infrastructure, it features a proper cricket ground, classrooms also has proper lighting and ventilation facilities, there are proper drinking water facilities and bathrooms are also in good condition.

College infrastructure is great every facility like spacious classrooms with smartboards equipped, libraries with wifi, air conditioned room (classrooms&hostels) . Hostel food is hygienic. And every facility is used by students regularly and are well maintained.
