DAV college Jalandhar have well developed infrastructure and provides all the facilities and latest equipments like wifi equipped libraries, Playground, Auditorium, and hostels for both boys and girls. Yes our college provides us stress free environment.

Infrastructure is quite fascinating, it has all the facilities like library, field, laboratory, rest rooms, design rooms etc which is beneficial for all the students and by utilizing it we can study better

The college’s outdoor infrastructure is good but classrooms are not Wi-Fi enabled and are not smart. The college have good sports facilities and have separate hostels for boys and girls. The college even have a library but is not updated with recent books.

You have not mentioned the name of the exam so i will give you a general answer.
Entrance based admission usually do require you to qualify it and fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria provided by the institution. So if you fail to qualify the exam with the minimum required marks you will not be able to get admission.

which should I prefer ct group of institutions or dav college Jalandhar for CSE engineering?

I would recommend you the CT group of institutions, because this college has best placements. And many reputed companies are there for the recruitment and the good infrastructure with all facilities and well maintained. And surrounded by all economic facilities. And well trained staff is available and supportive too.
