60 MonthsBachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate shall have passed 12th Higher Secondary (any stream) from a recognized board or institute. Minimum marks required in qualifying examination – 45% marks in aggregate required in qualifying examination for a candidate belonging to General (Open)/E.W.S./Orphan category, 42% marks in aggregate required in qualifying examination for a candidate belonging to OBC/ SBC/VJ/ DT/ NT(A)/ NT(B)/ NT(C)/ NT(D) category and 40% marks in aggregate required in qualifying examination for a candidate belonging to SC/ST category.
- Candidates who obtained a 12th Higher Secondary School certificate through Open (University) directly without having basic qualifications i.e. (Standard X) are not eligible for the L.L.B. 5Year Course.
- Candidates who obtained 10th Secondary Pass certificates through Open (University) directly without having basic qualification i.e. (Standard X) are not eligible for the L.L.B. 5-Year Course.
- The education Pattern of the candidate should be 1O+2.
