This is a two-year Post Graduate programme designed to develop managerial skills in different functional areas of management with a practical focus on Human Resource Management.
The syllabus includes 24 papers in 4 semesters. The field work programme is an integral part of the course curriculum. Two mid-term examinations in each subject are conducted during the semester (Mid-Exam-I Descriptive; Mid-Exam II which is an online objective test). Students also have to appear for Internal viva-voce examination, which will be conducted after completion of semester end examination.
The candidates with a graduation degree in any field preferably related to management is eligible for admission to this course.
