Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Library
The library of the Government Arts College, Ooty is digitalized completely with the funding of State Government. The library is digitalized in 2006 and automation was done by Autolib Software. The OPAC of the library can be accessed from anywhere online during working hours. The digital library is completely wi-fi enabled for the students and faculty. The library has a server and 4 client systems. This can also be accessed offline at any time during working hours.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facilities for the students.

Modern sports facilities for students including a gymnasium and sports equipment.

Karunya University has conducted Varloos tournaments such as Basket Ball, Volley Ball, and Kabadi, our college team participated in all these events and won various prizes and made proud of us.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

College Infrastructure

This college is a old building built in 1955 , and now new buildings are built for different department and new laboratory are build too. Classrooms are average and has a wide range of books in the library. No WiFi environment. Sports equipments are above average.a gym is present inside the college. Only few departments have smart boards for presentation purposes. Science stream departments have very clean labs and has good facilities and equipments.

admission 2020 wich time starts ba defence

Hello,

Due to the covid-19 pandemic the admission for the year 2020 it is delayed. The important dates and the actual time to start BA defence admission has been postponed. You will get notified as soon as the final dates for the admission in Ba defence 2020 are released.
