Hi
Your profile suggests that you are a medicine aspirant so guessing that it is about Neet examination
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 574 marks,
You hold a bit low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 603 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under Delhi state quota and it was for Lady Hardinge Medical College , New Delhi
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du
You have chances in top deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-
----------) Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Univ., Manipal:-572 marks
----------) Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Univ., Manglore:- 554
----------) JSS Medical College, Jagadguru:- 528 marks
----------) Symbiosis , Pune:- 528 marks

Hello aspirant,
In Maharashtra there are 59 BAMS colleges out of which 7 are government college and 52 are private colleges. However must apply for NEET AYUSH counselling for your state as cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted in exam and number of students participated in the counselling.
But if you want to consider some private BAMS colleges in Maharashtra, few are listed below:
