1) No. of candidates
2) Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3) Level of exam
4) No. of seats, etc.

But you can expect a low fees from government colleges in your state.

As you didn't mentioned your category, taking you as a GENERAL category, you should score at least 510 or more in NEET entrance

See according to previous year's cut-offs you have some chances in NITs like NIT Calicut, Patna, Hamirpur and so on, only if you deserve Home state quota for them otherwise no because under Other state quota closing rank for NITs were around 150-200 for EWS candidates . So
